Wes Rowe, High End Fashion Design

Wes Rowe,from Gastonia, North Carolina. Graduated from Ashbrook High School in 2012 and currently attends North Carolina A&T State University where he is pursuing his undergraduate degree in fashion merchandising/design with a minor in Entrepreneurship(jr). He enjoys creating designs for his clothing line, interacting with the North Carolina A&T student body, spending time with family, and playing basketball. His catoure clothing line for men and women is geared toward high end fashion. He enjoys gaining knowledge and obtaining leadership and innovative qualities which help him as he pursues his goals of becoming the next great high end fashion line.


Donnie Hill, BSNH

Donnie Hill is the founder of BSNH. BSNH provides a weeks worth of food in the form of care packages to local college students facing food insecurity. Package requests can be made discreetly through a phone app and/or website. In her spare time, Donnie enjoys reading, acrylic and oil painting, watching moves, shopping, and doing crafts. 




Spencer Scheiner, The Floor

Spencer is a second-year student at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro studying Physics and Economics. His company idea is "The Floor," which is a company designed to empower and enable everyday people to participate in the stock market.

Spencer is passionate about disruptive technologies and how to utilize them to empower and improve people's lives. His interests include electric cars, space travel, baseball, soccer, computers, being outdoors, and music.



Stephanie McGill, Kova Coffee Co.

Stephanie is the owner and operator of Kova Coffee Company, an online coffee business where you can buy cold brew kits so consumers can make their own cold-brew at home, all necessary supplies are included. She plans to expand her business, through a subscription model.   Her goal is to have a physically established place of business someday as well. Stephanie is an Intern at HQ Greensboro and very active in the Greensboro Innovate NC initiative.

Tarayjah Hoey, Dance Now Cry Later

Dance Now Cry Later is an artistic studio franchise in which members have 24/7 access to studio space. Not only do we offer dance classes, we also offer Music Technology, Music Performance, and Acting workshops as well. Young artists that encounter financial struggles do not have the opportunity to gain access to studios. Dance Now Cry Later studios will positively impact the lives of at-risk children in poverty stricken areas through the exposure of the Arts.

Tarayjah Hoey was born in Shelby, NC. B.A Dance Education Major and Theatre Minor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Tarayjah has been a Hip Hop instructor for “At Risk” children (K-8th grade) at Washington Christian Academy, taught Adult Dance Theatre Workshops at various intensive workshops, and is a former Teacher Assistant for Hip Hop at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is also the President of the Alpha Chapter of Delta Chi Xi Honorary Dance Fraternity Inc. She has worked for KODACHROME NC, a non-profit dance organization, as the Season III Social Media Manager (2013-2014). In 2012-2013 she was the UNCG Season II KCNC Representative. Her passion for dance is lived through her motto: “Dance Now Cry Later.”


Gordon Holliday, ROOLE

I'm Gordon Holliday, freelance photographer and Photography student at UNC-Greensboro. I have over five years of photography experience, and I am also the owner of a well known brand based out of Charlotte, NC called "ROOLE."

ROOLE is a clothing brand fusing youth cultures with contemporary menswear. The strength in the brand lies in the hands of the individuals by redefining style, interplaying new shapes with the body, and clarifying a constant quest for innovation. In working with groundbreaking artists, musicians, designers, and photographers our mission is to inspire motivate, and drive a generation of confident outsiders.
